Yankees and Teixeira agree on 8-year deal!
I’ve been a Yankee fan for a long time, and I was ready to swear them off this season after the stadium-switch and become a Cubs fan…but they’re reeeeally making it tough for me:

Between Teixeira, C.C., and Burnett (who I think they should have left for someone else and picked up Peavy instead) are pretty amazing additions. Add in Swisher and, well, let’s just say they’re twisting my arm to the point where I might just give in and stay a fan. ;)
